Bouquet toss
The bride throws her bouquet to the unmarried women, and the one who catches it is said to marry next.
Also: throwing the bouquet
The bouquet toss is a custom of English-speaking countries, now common in much of the world, in which the bride turns her back to a crowd of single women and throws her flowers over her shoulder. The catcher is said to be the next to marry. It is held to descend from an older scramble for pieces of the bride's dress, which were thought to bring luck, and the bouquet became a safer substitute. The groom's counterpart is the garter toss, and some couples now skip both.
